My passion. I love making things work, however, my one knock on development is that you don't have something physical to show your viewers. Sure, you can provide them with a link to the project, but normally after completing the project, the code is changed by the client.
Website development is done differently by all developers. People prefer different programming styles, languages, and applications. I haven't come to a conclusion on whether or not a specific language is better than another, but I definitely prefer PHP over the other server-side scripting languages.
Recently, eCommerce development has been one of my fortes while working for Aptera Software. I have tried numerous open source systems and landed onto Magento Commerce. It is by far the most organized system I've worked with. This system makes eCommerce stores easy to make and develop.
